Our story
The Workloop brings a fresh approach to what being an outsourcing company can mean and we are proud to bring our innovative ideas to an industry that needed it. The company was established by Stephen Copage who has worked in the outsourcing industry for the over15 years with this experience gained in many countries across the globe including Honduras. It was in Honduras that he knew he found a country that could offer huge value to North American companies through its excellent infrastructure, close proximity to North America, and close cultural alignment. This combined a wonderful, highly educated, highly skilled, bilingual workforce made it perfect for outsourcing location.
Incorporated in the US with the Head Office in Miami, Workloop has its operation center in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. From the outset, we decided to provide a culture of employee obsession. The result was a fantastic value proposition for our clients and a wonderful working environment for our team. We continue to grow by offering outstanding customer engagement and back office solutions by a team filled with proud brand ambassadors.
